Moat Farm is an old Suffolk farmhouse complete with horses, a family of ducks and converted Granary.
Situated in a quiet village, 2 miles off the A140, it is close to all local attractions and the coast. The dining room has a roaring log fire during winter to welcome you to breakfast which is cooked on the Aga using local produce where possible. Our large varied menu is complimented by a full side table.
In 2009 we were awarded a "Gold Award" from the E.E.T.B.for our bed and breakfast accommodation.
A very pretty room in a lovely part of the country. Everything needed was provided and the breakfast was fantastic - more food than I could possible eat, in a lovely room with a real log fire. The hosts were more than willing to help with everything! Highly recommended." Susan Ranger
"Friendly and excellent service. Good room and facilities. Nice and peacefull." M Gibbons
